Bright, welcoming, and comfortable to live in, this women-only apartment features four bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen. The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a building with no elevator, on Via XX Settembre, a very central street that is well served by shops, supermarkets, and public transportation. The area is very safe even at night. The property offers four single-occupancy bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of four women in total. It also includes one shared bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a small terrace. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. Bed linen and towels can also be rented if needed. 2 lovely cats live in the apartment: Irma and Ilde. They are well behaved and request nothing but cuddles!
